Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A building and compliance inspection report prepared before 1 July 2004 is a building and compliance inspection report for the Act, part 2 whether or not it complies with regulation 7.
(2) A pest inspection report prepared before 1 July 2004 is a pest inspection report for the Act, part 2 whether or not it complies with regulation 10.
(3) This regulation expires on 30 June 2005.
