CORPORATIONS LAW RULES 2000 (2000 NO 16) - REG 16

    An affidavit must be in a form that complies with—

        (a)     the rules of the court; or

        (b)     the rules of the Supreme Court of the State or Territory (if any) where the affidavit was sworn or affirmed.
