Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If the court makes an order under section 465B of the Law, the court may also order that the substituted plaintiff or plaintiffs publish a notice stating that the substituted plaintiff or plaintiffs intend to apply for an order that the company be wound up.
(2) The notice must be—
(a) in accordance with form 10; and
(b) published in accordance with rule 21 or as otherwise directed by the court.
