CORPORATIONS LAW RULES 2000 (2000 NO 16) - REG 80

    As soon as practicable after filing an originating process seeking an order under section 1094 of the Law, the plaintiff must serve a copy of the originating process and the supporting affidavit on—

        (a)     the company; and

        (b)     anyone against whom an order is sought.
