CORPORATIONS LAW RULES AMENDMENT (2000 NO 53) - REG 7

Substitution of heading

    Rule 55 is amended by omitting the heading and substituting the following heading:

“ 55      Inquiry into conduct of liquidator (s 536 (1) and s 536 (2) of the Law) ”.
