CONSTRUCTION OCCUPATIONS (LICENSING) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2005 (NO 1) (NO 18 OF 2005) - REG 4

52     Modification of Act, s 149—Act, s 152

    (1)     The Act, section 149 is modified by omitting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraphs:

        (d)     the Energy and Water Act 1988 ; or

        (e)     the Gas Act 1992 ; or

        (f)     the Plumbers, Drainers and Gasfitters Board Act 1982 .

Note     A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act, s 104).

    (2)     This section expires on 1 September 2005.
