The following laws are declared to correspond to the Act:

        (c)     the Crimes (Controlled Operations) Act 2004

(Vic);

        (d)     the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000

(Qld), chapter 11;

        (e)     the Criminal Investigation (Covert Powers) Act 2012

(WA), part 2;

        (f)     the Criminal Investigation (Covert Operations) Act 2009

(SA), part 2;

        (g)     the Police Powers (Controlled Operations) Act 2006

(Tas);

        (h)     the Police (Special Investigative and Other Powers) Act 2015

(NT), part 2.
