513     Amendment—costs

    (1)     This rule applies to the following costs:

        (a)     costs of an amendment under this part;

        (b)     costs thrown away because of the amendment.

    (2)     Unless the court otherwise orders, the costs are payable by the party making the amendment.

Note     Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for an order otherwise ordering.
