COURT PROCEDURES AMENDMENT RULES 2017 (NO 4) (NO 40 OF 2017) - REG 6

in part 3.12, insert

3804     Correction of name of respondent

The registrar may at any time correct a mistake, omission or error in the name or identity of the respondent in a proceeding in—

        (a)     a document filed in the court in the proceeding; or

        (b)     an order made based on the name in the original application.
