CROWN PROCEEDINGS REGULATIONS (NO. 6 OF 1993)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Crown Proceedings Regulations.  
   2.      These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—“the Act” means the Crown Proceedings Act 1992.  
   4.      For the purposes of the definition of “corresponding law” in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the following law is declared to be a law that corresponds to the Act:
