CONSTRUCTION PRACTITIONERS REGISTRATION REGULATIONS (NO. 38 OF 1998) - REG 8

    For the purposes of section 6 of the Act, the qualifications required in respect of a category of registration are the qualifications described in column 3 of the Schedule in the item that relates to that category of registration.
