COOPERATIVES REGULATIONS 2003 (NO 22 OF 2003) - REG 35

    (1)     The provisions of the Act mentioned in schedule 4, clause 1 apply to a participating cooperative.

    (2)     The provisions of the Act mentioned in schedule 4, clause 2 apply to a nonparticipating cooperative.
