CITY RENEWAL AUTHORITY AND SUBURBAN LAND AGENCY (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) REGULATION 2017 (NO 18 OF 2017) - REG 3

Transitional—modification of Act, pt 10—Act, s 200 (2)

The Act, part 10 applies as if the following section were inserted:

‘200A     Modification—Planning and Development Act 2007

    (1)     The Planning and Development Act 2007

is modified as set out in the City Renewal Authority and Suburban Land Agency (Transitional Provisions) Regulation 2017

, schedule 1.

    (2)     This section expires on the day the City Renewal Authority and Suburban Land Agency (Transitional Provisions) Regulation 2017

expires.'
