CANBERRA SEWERAGE AND WATER SUPPLY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 18 OF 1992) - REG 13

    (a)     by omitting from subregulation (1) “or his authorized agent”;

    (b)     by omitting from subregulation (1) “forty-eight hours” and substituting “2 working days”; and

    (c)     by omitting subregulation (3) and substituting the following subregulations:

“(3) The Engineer or an Inspector shall inspect work within 2 working days after receipt of notification that the work is ready for inspection.

“(4) In this regulation—

‘working day' means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.”.
