CANBERRA SEWERAGE AND WATER SUPPLY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 18 OF 1992) - REG 22

    (a)     by inserting in paragraph (2) (b) “except with the approval of the Engineer” before “cause”; and

    (b)     by omitting from subparagraph (2) (b) (iii) “or gas” (wherever occurring) and substituting “gas, or other noxious substance”.
