(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) “(a) and (b) of the last preceding subregulation shall be of wrought-iron or cast-iron or wrought steel or drawn lead” and substituting “(1) (a) and (b) shall be made of an approved material”; and
(c) by omitting from subregulation (3) “(c) of subregulation (1) of this regulation shall be of cast-iron or drawn lead with wiped joints” and substituting “(1) (c) shall be made of an approved material”.
