    (a)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) “two” and substituting “2”;

    (b)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) “a permit in accordance with Form 12 or 13, as the case may be so to do” and substituting “from the Engineer a permit with respect to the work”; and

    (c)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (c) “leaden or other”.
