CANBERRA SEWERAGE AND WATER SUPPLY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 18 OF 1992) - REG 9

    (a)     by omitting paragraph (1) (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

    “(b)     the plan referred to in subregulation 17 (2) has been approved by the Engineer;”;

    (b)     by adding at the end of subregulation (1) the following word and paragraph:

“; and (d) the determined fee has been paid.”; and

    (c)     by omitting subregulation (4).
