CANBERRA SEWERAGE AND WATER SUPPLY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 7 OF 1988) - REG 5

5. Regulation 15AB of the Principal Regulations is amended—

        (a)     by omitting from subregulation (3) “fee paid under sub-regulation 15 (5)” and substituting “determined fee paid”; and

        (b)     by omitting from subregulation (4) “fee paid under sub-regulation 15 (5)” and substituting “determined fee paid”.
