CHILDREN'S SERVICES REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 2 OF 1996) - REG 2

2. The Children's Services Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following regulation:

Agreements—prescribed States

“9. For the purposes of subsection 69B (2) of the Act, the following States are declared to have enacted legislation dealing with the interstate transfer of young offenders:

        (a)     the State of New South Wales;

        (b)     the State of Victoria;

        (c)     the State of Queensland.”.
