DISCRIMINATION (REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 32 OF 1996) - REG 3

Remuneration of the Commissioner

“3. For the purposes of subsection 113 (1) of the Act, the prescribed remuneration is—

        (a)     remuneration at a rate payable to a public servant having a classification of Executive (Level 1.1); and

        (b)     the benefits to which such a public servant is entitled;

in accordance with Determination No. 1 of the Remuneration Tribunal, entitled ‘Executives of the ACT Public Service' and dated 2 August 1996, as in force on 31 December 1996.”.

Travelling allowance
