DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) REGULATION 2010 (NO 12 OF 2010) - REG 101

Offence—loader—non-compliance with ADG code

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     loads dangerous goods to which this part applies that are in or on a transport unit in a vehicle; and

        (b)     loads the goods other than in accordance with the ADG code, chapter 7.1.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
