DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) REGULATION 2010 (NO 12 OF 2010) - REG 106

Offence—driver—goods too dangerous to be transported

A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     drives a vehicle transporting goods; and

        (b)     knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the goods are goods too dangerous to be transported.

Maximum penalty: 15 penalty units.
