Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The competent authority must ensure that each register is available for inspection by corresponding authorities and the public.
(2) The competent authority is taken to comply with subsection (1) in relation to a register by ensuring that there is reasonable access to—
(a) copies of information in the register; or
(b)
a computer terminal to inspect the register.
