Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered RegulationsThe cancellation or variation of an administrative determination or an approval by the competent authority takes effect on—
(a) the day when the person to whom the determination applies, or the approval is given, is given written notice by the authority of the cancellation or variation and of the reasons for the cancellation or variation; or
(b)
if a later day is stated in the notice—the later day.
