DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) REGULATION 2010 (NO 12 OF 2010) - REG 195

This chapter is in addition to any other law in force in the Territory about—

        (a)     the licensing of drivers; or

        (b)     the employment or engaging of drivers; or

        (c)     the registration of vehicles; or

        (d)     the transport of goods by road.

Part 20.2     Vehicles and drivers to be licensed
