DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) REGULATION 2010 (NO 12 OF 2010) - REG 221

Meaning of licence and licensee—pt 20.5

In this part:

"licence" means a dangerous goods driver licence or dangerous goods vehicle licence.

"licensee" means the holder of a licence.
