DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) REGULATION 2010 (NO 12 OF 2010) - REG 233

Variation of licence on application

    (1)     This section applies if—

        (a)     an application is made to vary a licence; and

        (b)     the application is made by the licensee and has the licence with it.

    (2)     The licensing authority may vary the licence in accordance with the application.
