Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered RegulationsThe cancellation, suspension or variation of a licence by the licensing authority takes effect on—
(a) the day when the licensee is given written notice by the licensing authority of the cancellation, suspension or variation and of the reasons for the cancellation, suspension or variation; or
(b) if a later day is stated in the notice—the later day.
