DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) REGULATION 2010 (NO 12 OF 2010) - REG 31

For this regulation, a determination is an administrative determination if the determination—

        (a)     is made on the application of a person; and

        (b)     applies only to the person.
