DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) REGULATION 2010 (NO 12 OF 2010) - REG 33

Offence—contravention of determination condition

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     a determination applies to the person; and

        (b)     the person contravenes a condition of the determination.

Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
