DRUGS OF DEPENDENCE REGULATIONS (NO. 14 OF 1993) - REG 6

6. For the purposes of the definition of “traffickable quantity” in subsection 160 (1) of the Act—

        (a)     the prescribed quantity of a drug of dependence specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 is the quantity specified in the appropriate column or columns of Schedule 1 opposite the reference to that drug; and

        (b)     the prescribed quantity of a prohibited substance specified in column 1 of Schedule 2 is the quantity specified in the appropriate column or columns of Schedule 2 opposite the reference to that substance.
