DRUGS OF DEPENDENCE REGULATION 2009 (NO 5 OF 2009) - REG 4

Drugs of dependence—Act, dict, def drug of dependence

Each of the following substances is a drug of dependence for the Act:

        (a)     a substance mentioned in the Criminal Code Regulation 2005 , schedule 1 (Controlled drugs), part 1.1 (Controlled medicines);

        (b)     an associated drug (within the meaning of that regulation, section 5 (2)) of a substance mentioned in that part;

        (c)     a related drug (within the meaning of that regulation, section 5 (3)) of a substance mentioned in that part.
