DRUGS OF DEPENDENCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 20 OF 1998) - REG 1

(1)     Subject to subregulation (2), these Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette .

(2)     Regulation 3, in so far as it inserts references to “ Flunitrazepam ” and “ Remifentanil ” in Schedule 1 and Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations as amended by these Regulations, commences on 19 June 1998.
