DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (EXPLOSIVES) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2008 (NO 1) (NO 21 OF 2008) - REG 5

    (1)     The registration for a consumer firework for Queen's birthday supply ends at 5 pm on the Sunday immediately before the second Monday in June after the date of its registration.

Note     The 2nd Monday in June is an annual public holiday to celebrate the Queen's birthday (see Holidays Act 1958, s 3 (1) (a) (viii)).
