DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (EXPLOSIVES) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2008 (NO 1) (NO 21 OF 2008) - REG 8

Section 275 (2) (b) and (c)

substitute

        (b)     if the publication takes place more than 4 days before the start, or any time after the end, of the Queen's birthday supply period in that year; or

        (c)     if the advertisement does not comply with subsection (3).
