(1) The chief executive may, in writing, determine—
(a) routes by which, and the times at which, particular quantities or classification codes of explosives may be carried by road in the ACT; or
(b) routes by which, and times at which, particular quantities or classification codes of explosives must not be carried by road in the ACT.
(2) An determination is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
(3) If the chief executive makes a determination, explosives may be carried by road only in accordance with the determination.
