DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (EXPLOSIVES) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 10 OF 2004) - REG 121

Application of pt 2.7

    (1)     This part applies to the storage of explosives.

    (2)     However, this part does not apply to the storage of an explosive by an inspector or police officer exercising a function under the Act.
