DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (EXPLOSIVES) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 10 OF 2004) - REG 123

Meaning of blasting and fireworks storage

In these regulations:

"blasting and fireworks storage", of an explosive mentioned in table 123.1, means storage of the explosive, if—

        (a)     any storage licence exemption condition mentioned in the table for the explosive applies; and

        (b)     the quantity stored is no greater than the quantity mentioned in the table for the explosive.
