DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (EXPLOSIVES) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 10 OF 2004) - REG 144

Explosives in the magazine must be—

        (a)     for an explosive mixture to which regulation 76 (Storage of unused explosive mixtures) applies—stored in accordance with that regulation; or

        (b)     in any other case—packed in accordance with part 2.3.
