DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (EXPLOSIVES) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 10 OF 2004) - REG 171

This division does not apply in relation to—

        (a)     the supply of general use fireworks; or

        (b)     the retail supply of consumer fireworks under a consumer fireworks licence.
