Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) This regulation applies to the use of an electric detonator near any of the following:
(a) a radio or television transmitter;
(b) a repeater transmission station;
(c) another source of electromagnetic radiation.
(2) The electric detonator may be used only if the use complies with AS 2187.2 in relation to the safe distance to be maintained between the station (or other source of radiation) and the detonator and firing circuit.
