DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (EXPLOSIVES) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 10 OF 2004) - REG 241

No removal of cartridged explosive

    (1)     A person must not remove cartridged explosive from a blast hole containing a misfired charge.

Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this regulation is a strict liability offence.
