DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (EXPLOSIVES) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 10 OF 2004) - REG 254

    (1)     A person must not discard explosives.

Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.

Examples of discarding

1     throwing away the explosives

2     burying the explosives, unless their burial complies with reg 255 or 256

    (2)     An offence against this regulation is a strict liability offence.
