DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (EXPLOSIVES) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 10 OF 2004) - REG 285

This division applies to the storage of consumer fireworks under a consumer fireworks licence.

Note     The following provisions of the regulations apply to the storage of consumer fireworks otherwise than under a consumer fireworks licence:

              •     reg 296 (User storage of consumer fireworks)—storage for personal use

              •     reg 329 (On-site storage—outdoor displays)—storage under a fireworks display permit

              •     pt 2.7 (Storing explosives)—storage under a storage licence, or exempt storage
