Manufacturing licence applications for Act, s 50 (2)—safety cartridges

An application for a manufacturing licence authorising the manufacture of explosives by filling or capping safety cartridges for commercial purposes must include the information and documents mentioned in regulation 52 (a), (e) and (g) in addition to what is required under regulation 51.
