Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The licensee must keep written records of all modifications made to, or affecting the operation of, a safety management system for at least 5 years, whether or not the licence continues in force for that period.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) The licensee must give the chief executive any requested information in relation to the licensee's safety management system—
(a) as soon as is practicable after the chief executive asks the licensee for the information; but
(b) no later than 7 days after the day the licensee receives the request.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(3) An offence against this regulation is a strict liability offence.
