(1) The licensee must give written notice of the following information to the fire commissioner or the chief fire control officer, whichever is appropriate, as soon as practicable after the licence is issued, renewed or amended:
(a) a copy of the licence;
(b) a site plan showing the location of any buildings containing or likely to contain dangerous substances, including magazines containing or likely to contain explosives;
(c) the location of manifests, emergency plans and critical controls and interfaces for fire systems.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) If a licence is cancelled or has otherwise ceased to be in force, the person who held the licence must tell the fire commissioner or the chief fire control officer, whichever is appropriate, of the cancellation or cessation, in writing, within 14 days after—
(a) the day of the cessation; or
(b) if the licence is cancelled—the day the licensee is told about the cancellation.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) An offence against this regulation is a strict liability offence.
