DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2004 (NO 9 OF 2004) - REG 50

Term of licence—Act, s 54 (2)

    (1)     This regulation applies to a licence issued before 1 July 2005.

    (2)     The licence may not be issued for longer than 1 year.

    (3)     This part expires on 1 July 2005.
