DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND PROTECTION ORDERS REGULATION 2009 (NO 10 OF 2009) - REG 17

If the applicant is not present when an application is returned before the Magistrates Court, the court must—

        (a)     dismiss the application; or

        (b)     adjourn the hearing.
